Little hairdressers

And some more photos! Some are less good quality but that's because I made them with less light/with my phone.

As you can see they're all pretty close in size now, only Naeva is a bit smaller. And Tara just has a very thick coat as well :)

Snoozing together, that basket attached to the heater stays favorite!

They also love boxes, and it looks like there's a few biters between them as well ^_^

After they've been walking around in the house for a while it's usually cuddle time, where they all pile up on me and mess up my hair severely cuddle me <3 Naeva is actually under there as well, she loves to lie in my neck. It's a bit hard at times to breathe when they go like this, but oh well :P

Brother and sister together :L

Tara and Yse are doing great outside their room now, Yse just trusts me more and I bribed Tara with toys! She does hold back a little bit at times and being picked up is still somewhat scary, but we're getting there :) And today I scored a lot of points with her! I had 3 little furballs in the hallway and Taartje was upstairs meowing. So I call for her and meow back, but no Tara, just meowing. So I went upstairs trying to locate where the sound was coming from and ended up looking in my laundry room, and there's a wet 2p bedset moving on a tiny pile on the ground! :o So I quickly started to search for the opining in that huge piece of cloth and lifted her out of it. I don't think she ever liked me as much as she did then <3 :O

Favorite toys are balls and those playing rods!

Most photos turned out like this, with a grey blur in the middle

Naeva finally got a chance to play as well

And sweet Ysera has a cuckoo kitty inside her! Look at that tail :O

Too cute x2!

Ysera was sitting cozy with me <3

And Amientje, oh oh what a kitty! I had him sitting on my hand and after a little bite (no, I'm still not edible!) he started to wash his paw, aaww :L

Little red and big red

When Dew went to the kittens he got stalked straight away, Tara also found a new way to sniff him

Big & small

That tail stays fun!

Yse is having a look at what Dew's doing (holding the top of the bench and sniff like that, silly cat :))

Mini and mini are getting bigger as well ♥

Meerkat Ysera

Following Dewdew at first, but Tara's paws are a fun toy as well! And Dew seems unsure what to think of all the kitten scents :O

A duvet with paws? Those must be attacked of course! ^_^

Amientje doesn't want to share his toy!

Adorable face :)

Ysera is doing better and better, it helps a lot that I don't have to bug her with meds all the time. In their room she comes to sit near or on me more often, and outside of that room she isn't as fast with running away anymore. And earlier she wanted to join in with a game on my phone, she pushed my fingers away with those soft little paws, awww too cute! And then she slapped the screen, but unfortunately for her my phone doesn't recognize catpaws :)

The others are doing fine too! Amientje does know how to use his nails and teeth well unfortunately, but luckily he can be adorable too (and I can be stubborn at not allowing things :P). I suspected Naeva has ear mites and she indeed does have that and she's not too happy with the meds. But oh well, give her a cuddle afterwards and all is quickly forgotten! She needs earcleaner every day and medication once a week for a couple of weeks, the others only get the weekly meds, just in case. Tara loves to cuddle even more now, but only when she's in the mood for it, so nothing new there. Dew does really like the kittens in their room now and seems to understand better now that Naeva is a small cat instead of a walking meal and he even washed her a bit yesterday! :L He also spend some time in a box with them, which was great entertainment to slap for the kittens :D

I do have some less fun news as well *scratches* the kittens are of course deflead in the shelter. I thought I saw some fleapoo here and there in Ysera's fur, but checked them with a comb for it and couldn't find any. Last night they were all running around and they were allowed in the bedroom as well, where I found Yse between my pillows later. She stayed there calmly and I got to pet her, prrprr ♥ Amientje joined as well and got some cuddles too, and what do I see in his fur... exactly, a flea, eewww! :/ So this morning they got deflead again and they're being unhappy locked up in their room now, while I have to clean, wash and spray the entire house. Fortunately I've only seen just a few adult fleas so far now, so hopefully there's not too much of the other life stages around, but of course I'm pretty bummered about the whole thing. I checked my cats as well and they seem to be clean (yay for white fur!), but they'll of course get treated again as well. And needless to say, I've been ithcing like mad ever since I saw that nasty thing >.<

Catnip, valerian & matatabi

Little dreamer Naeva :L

"Look! I have a red paw!"

Amin discovered the smelly toys. First the Kickeroo (catnip)

His sister came to have a look as well. She's bigger than the others (and has those adorable big fluffy paws), but here she looks a lot bigger than she really is :)

Amientje then found the matatabi stick. My cats don't fully get that chewing it helps, but he got that straight away!

Yse came to sniff it as well

Naeva liked it too, that Amin was attacking her didn't matter, mmm matatabi!

And lastly Amientje had fun with a valerian pillow as well :O

Bright stripes and orange edge on his ears <3

I'm sure it's clear which ones of the 4 are best at modelling :)

It's all going fine with them, Ysera stays a bit scared but improves little bit by bit. Tara is oh so cute - whenever she feels like it! ^_^ They've all been downstairs several times since Friday which already went well with Amin and Naeva. Tara found it all pretty scary until big brother showed that curtains are great fun! >.< I have inbetweens, so they can see very well that something is moving behind them... at the moment my curtains are hanging in a knot away from them, haha. Ysera quickly went behind the fridge, but after a while she saw the others were having a good time and came as well. Some canned food and she felt a lot better downstairs already. Both Yse and Tara think I'm great in their room (Tara can really get over the top cuddly with my face, adorable :L which is also used to charm me into opening their door!), but as soon as these 2 get more space I become a bit more scary again. Picking them up is getting less and less scary and coming to me isn't a problem at all, so they'll get there :)

Bindi is doing great, she occasionally hisses at them but she chats to me as well, and likes to sit at a distance and just look at those little ones. When she had enough she just leaves. Sue lets them know very well that she won't tolerate them anywhere near her, if a growl doesn't have the wanted reaction she slaps fast. But luckily those little ones are clever and fast and they usually get the message before it comes to that (of course none of them gets hurt, and it's good that they learn that not every cat likes them). Unfortunately it's Dewey that's causing problems now and I keep him and the kittens separated at the moment, which he understandably disagrees with. But he keeps pinning them down harshly while making nasty sounds, when the kittens avoid him and try to run away he just goes after them. So keeping them separated for a little bit, see if that helps getting him calmer again, also because I don't want to take any risk with Ysera.

----------------------

Well... I wrote earlier that I'd keep them separated, but when I just sat with the kittens in their room Dewey was meowing sadly on the other side of the door. So ok ok, give it a go again then. And he behaved perfect! They were all playing with his tail, he didn't even look at them, he was too busy sniffing things. At one point he did correct one, which was gentle and good, he could've done that a lot earlier if you ask me! So I'll keep them separated outside their room and slowly let them all adjust. I think Dew and I are both a bit confuzed now, but ok :P

I also made a whole bunch of pics, will go through them tomorrow or so but here's one already. She's not fully recovered yet, but what a difference already <3
